Cardinalis Miljövård is a multicultural company with employees from many different countries and cultures.

We attach great importance to keeping staff motivated - a job well done is rewarded.

A large part of our efforts is to have a well-functioning management, where our customers have one and the same contact person.

The basic plate is communication and being in constant contact with both cleaners and customers.

When recruiting, we test the personality of the applicants to find the most suitable for our business.

 

Our staff undergoes basic training in general cleaning, organizational structure, customer contact and ability to work together. Then we further train the staff in each special area, with the intention of creating specialists.
